Concerts and Theatre

Visits to Theatres, concerts and events are arranged in response to the interests of members and their partners. Transport by coach, from Claygate or Esher, is provided to the majority of events. This ensures a relaxed and enjoyable occasion with transport and parking costs counter balanced by the venue group booking discount. 

We have visited events both in our area including Richmond Theatre, Guildford G-Live and Fairfield Halls and further afield in Eastbourne. This ensures a relaxed and enjoyable occasion and we aim to benefit from the lower costs of block bookings/

The Mousetrap: 75th Anniversary Royal Windsor Theatre, Windsor

The record breaking Agatha Christie play The Mousetrap is embarking on its 75th anniversary tour across the UK this year and I am arranging an outing to see this iconic play for all those of you who are interested. The date of the trip is Thursday 15th October 2026 leaving at 12.30 from the Xcel Centre Walton,.

The venue is the Windsor Theatre and transport will be by coach from the Xcel Centre in Walton where there is ample car parking. The total cost of the outing (Coach and Theatre) is £40.00 for seats at the back of the stalls or, for an extra £10.00, there are a few seats in the middle stalls.

We would meet at the car park at 12.30 pm and transfer to the coach for the trip to Windsor to see the play and should be back at the Xcel by 6.30 pm in the light. If you have friends (aged over 65) are also very welcome.
